Focus is licensed, not sold. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Focus (the current major version) on your personal devices.
This license includes all updates and improvements released in the current major version of Focus. Future major versions may require a paid upgrade. You may install and use Focus on multiple devices that you own or control, provided you are the primary user of those devices.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. You may not distribute or sell copies of the software to third parties.
You may not use Focus for any illegal purposes or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the software or its associated systems.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
While we strive to provide a reliable and secure product, we cannot guarantee that Focus will meet all your requirements or that it will be available at all times. You use the software at your own risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Very Interesting regarding the use of Focus.
