By using Focus, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Software License

Focus is licensed, not sold. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Focus subject to these terms and, when obtained through a store or marketplace such as Setapp, that provider's applicable customer and entitlement terms.

For direct purchases, the license covers the current major version on devices you own or control as the primary user; future major versions may require a paid upgrade. Marketplace access, device limits, updates, billing, cancellation, and continued entitlement follow the marketplace terms where they differ.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. You may not distribute or sell copies of the software to third parties.

You may not use Focus for any illegal purposes or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the software or its associated systems.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

While we strive to provide a reliable and secure product, we cannot guarantee that Focus will meet all your requirements or that it will be available at all times. You use the software at your own risk.

Right of Withdrawal

Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. For direct purchases, see our Refund Policy. For store or marketplace access, billing, cancellation, and withdrawal requests are handled under that provider's terms and applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Very Interesting regarding the use of Focus.
