Focus workshop sample

Original generated, silent teaching recordings with authored embedded English subtitles. These are example media, not a recording of an agent running Focus or a benchmark of speech transcription. You may reuse these generated example assets in your own tests and tutorials. No third-party or personal footage is included.

1. Extract this folder and add both source MP4s to Focus.
2. Open each source's Transcript tab, choose Embedded subtitles, and import the English track for search. Wait for search readiness. The SRT copies are supplied for inspection.
3. Search for "Keep the highlights". Compare exposure 06–14 s with reflection 04–12 s.
4. Play exposure 18–30 s. A first selection ending at 24 s loses the result.
5. Create a Selects list with exposure 06–14 s and 18–24 s, approve it, and prepare a sequence.
6. Revise only the second clip to 18–30 s. The first clip stays 06–14 s. Review and apply; total duration is 20 s.
7. Make a manual timing adjustment in Focus, then have the agent read the current sequence before the next revision. A proposal using an older revision must fail. Undo is available in the sequence editor.
8. Export FCPXML or Premiere XML from Focus and inspect both source ranges in the destination editor. The MP4s in this package are reference renders produced by the sample generator; the NLE export must come from your Focus sequence.
